Every Strux Garage Cabinet and premium polyurea floor coating installation from New Life Garages is backed by comprehensive coverage on materials and workmanship — and by 48 years of accountability to the same Central Coast neighborhoods we live in.
Cabinets and garage floor coatings are two separate products, each backed by its own independent warranty. Here's exactly what each one covers.
Strux Garage Cabinets
Strux Elite cabinet components are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, when installed by an Authorized Strux Garage Dealer. Coverage begins on the date of installation.

- Cabinet boxes, doors, shelves, and steel mounting rails — against cracking, warping, delamination, and structural failure under rated load.
- Powder CoatLifetime
- All powder-coated surfaces on every panel — against peeling, blistering, and adhesion failure, including normal garage humidity and seasonal temperature cycling.
- Hardware10 Years
- Hinges, drawer slides, handles, and mechanical hardware — from the date of installation.
Plus 5-Year Labor Warranty from New Life Garages
The Strux warranty above covers components only — labor, removal, and reinstallation are not included. On every cabinet installation, New Life Garages backs our workmanship with a 5-year labor warranty, so a covered defect is made right at no cost to you.
What's Not Covered
- Improper installation or use of a non-authorized installer
- Overloading, impact damage, or dynamic loading
- Normal wear, scratches, color fading, or sheen changes
- Powder coat damage from chips, cuts, or abrasions
- Chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
- Flooding, immersion, or Acts of God
- Commercial, rental, or multi-family use
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Incidental or consequential damages of any kind
How to Make a Cabinet Claim
Contact us or email warranty@struxgarage.com with your proof of purchase, installation date, and dealer name. Include photos or video and submit within 90 days of discovering the issue.
This warranty applies to residential installations only, covers the original purchaser at the original installation address, and is non-transferable. At Strux Garage's sole discretion, defective components will be repaired or replaced at no material cost; labor, removal, and reinstallation fall under the New Life labor warranty above. Garage Floor Coatings
Our premium polyurea garage floor coatings are warranted independently of cabinets, directly by New Life Garages, for 15 years on both labor and materials under normal residential use. There is nothing for you to register — the coverage is built into every coating we install.
What's Covered
- Chipping of the coating system
- Peeling or delamination from the slab
- Loss of adhesion under normal residential use
- Labor and materials to repair a covered failure — at no cost to you
What's Not Covered
- Damage from impact, gouging, or dragging heavy or sharp objects
- Chemical spills, solvents, or abrasive cleaners
- Hot-tire pickup outside normal residential use
- Pre-existing slab cracks, settling, or moisture/hydrostatic issues from the concrete
- Normal wear and minor color or sheen variation over time
- Commercial, rental, or multi-family use
How to Make a Floor Coating Claim
Floor coating claims are handled directly by New Life Garages — no dealer or manufacturer involved. Just contact us with photos and your installation date, and we'll schedule the repair. CA Contractor's License #959135.
